We should not be rated based on courier performance: a. Delivery time - we ship the item 1-3 days (excluding holidays) after your order. Estimated time of delivery for Metro Manila 3-5 days, outside MM 1-2 weeks. We have no control over the day and time of delivery. We can assist you on following up your order from Shopee if it is over the estimated delivery time; but that is all we can offer. b. Handling of item - We provide adequate protection for your packages. Boxed items are bubble-wrapped with additional external box. Small items are bubble-wrapped.
