DESCRIPTION: A very special London-style dry gin made for the Lebensstern bar in Berlin's Cafe Einstein. The gin itself is made at the Freihof distillery in Austria. TASTING NOTES: Color: Crystal clear. Nose: Alpine elderflower, pear skin, eucalyptus and pine. Taste: Pear and elderflower are very evident initially before pine notes of juniper cut with palate drying cracked black pepper and orange zesty. Finish: Floral and fruity notes are practically lost in a classic juniper and pepper gin finish.
