The vaccination card is one of the most important documents that we will be needing in this new normal era. As such it is essential to keep it secure and protected.
There are ways of keeping it secure, by using holders and through lamination. Compared to the latter, Our holders are recommended because it can protect your documents without the permanence of lamination.
Here are some of the disadvantages of doing lamination that’s why we encourage you to buy holders/ plastic envelopes instead:
1. Minimal Access to lamination services - Because of limited mobility, it is very difficult to find shops that do lamination
2. Difficulty duplication - It may be difficult to get clear duplicates of laminated documents. They might not yield the satisfied effect due to its reflective polythene texture.
3. Susceptibility to overheating - In the process of laminating a document, it can be easily affected by overheating if not properly operated. This may destroy the document for good.
4. Fakery - Lamination of certificates may make them look fake. The laminated documents makes it hard to see if they are original or not.
5. Permanence - you cannot change the housing or holder of laminated items without destroying the original document.
