BIBINGKA MIX (500g) Miguelitos Bibingka Premix is a type of baked rice cake from Indonesia and Philippines. It is usually eaten for breakfast, especially during the christmas season PROCEDURE 1.Preheat oven toaster for atleast 4-5 minutes. Prepare ensaymada molders lined with banana leaf or parchment paper. 2.Combine Miguelitos Instant Bibingka Premix, 2 cups water, 1 cup sugar, 4 medium-sized eggs and 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl, and mix until smooth. 3.Pour into molders about ¾ full. Top with sliced cheese and salted duck egg. 4.Bake for 5 minutes then cover with foil. 5.Bake for another 10 minutes until done. 6.Brush surface with butter or margarine. Sprinkle sugar and top with grated coconut. 7.Serve hot and enjoy! SERVING SIZE: (Makes 50 Servings) PRODUCT SHELF-LIFE 6 Months from Production Date MAJA BLANCA PREMIX (500g) PROCEDURE: For a pack of Miguelitos Instant Maja premix, prepare 5 cups water, 2 ½ cups milk and 1 ¼ cups cream corn. In a saucepan, combine water and milk then dissolve premix. Add cream corn. Over medium heat, continuously stir until the mixture forms and achieved desired thickness. In a lightly greased 8×8 baking dish, transfer thickened mixture. Using a spatula, smooth surface. Allow to cool down then refrigerate at least 1 hour Garnish with toasted grated coconut (or latik if available) Serve cold. Share and enjoy! >SERVING SIZE (Makes 50 Servings) >PRODUCT SHELF-LIFE 6 Months from Production Date UBE HALAYA Mix (500g) PROCEDURE 1.Prepare the aluminum foil pan or Llanera by lightly brushing it with oil then set aside. 2.In a large saucepan, dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Ube Halaya Premix in 1 Liter of water (you can add evaporated milk and/or coconut milk to achieve better taste). 3.Add ½ cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of softened butter. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved. 4.In a medium heat, bring the mixture to simmer while stirring continuously until it thickens, enough to cling to the back of the spoon and pulls slightly from the side of the pan. 5.Remove from fire and immediately transfer to prepared Aluminum pan or Llanera, then distribute evenly using a spatula. Allow to cool. 6.To serve, invert Ube Halaya onto a serving plate. Lightly brush the top with coconut oil and garnish with latik, shredded cheese, toasted coconut flakes or sweetened macapuno.
