EXCLUSIONS ON WARRANTY: ► Defects arising from misuse, tampered, mishandled, accidentally damaged, alteration, addition or changes made on the unit or its accessories. ► Preventive services and maintenance such as cleaning or washing of filters & pads. Lubrication of motors & wheels and etc. ► Defects arising due to unauthorized repair or replacement of parts other than the IWATA genuine/recommended parts. ► Return of units due to emotional complaints like noise or vibration which are not defects in quality or worksmanship or tampering of serial number labels. ► Defects due to transportation by other parties and not CMPI. ► Damage or loss of units to theft, robbery, fire or force majeure.
