Furthermore, the customer is required to report within 7 days of receipt of the product/s, any hidden manufacturing defects (e.g. malfunctioning) that could not be detected upon receipt of the product/s. In such cases, after acknowledging the defect, Hero Philippines shall proceed with the repair or replacement of the defective products at its sole discretion.The 7-day local supplier limited warranty coverage shall be considered void as soon as the product/s has undergone any unauthorized or attempted repair, modification, or dismantling by the customer or other service centers.
