🌿If the clay sticks to the cutter you can try rubbing powder on the cutter before using or oil using a cotton buds (one side w/oil, the other side is dry to remove excess oil in the cutter).
🌿To avoid clay getting trapped in small edges, you can place a piece of cling wrap between the clay and the cutter.
🌿If you are not using cling wrap, some clay might get trapped in the small edges. Remove it with a toothpick or a needle.
