Anything made from wood should be washed immediately and not soaked in water. 2. To clean, first remove the silicone (suction, spoon tip, cup, jar). Wash using warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly and be sure to DRY WITH A SOFT TOWEL/TISSUE BEFORE STORING to avoid mold build-up. Allow your plate, spoon, cup, and jar to air-dry completely  before replacing the silicone. 3. Oil your plates with virgin coconut oil every month for maintenance. Just follow step #2 and apply the oil with clean towel/tissue. Leave it overnight.
