Simply remove the plastic spinner and soak the metal turbo with baby oil upside-down. Do not put other oils as they will just harden. Soak it with lots of baby oil for 24 hours. Afterward, let it spin for 30 minutes before assembling it back together. - Your water should reach the line up to the maximum level. - Your lid may not be properly placed. - Your cord is crumpled. - You need to let your machine rest for at least 5 days. 2. Why is my machine not producing smoke or mist? - Air Revitalizers are non-mist machines. It releases scent by circulating the water with fragrance. This is perfect for people having trouble with molds growing in their room due to humidity. 3. Do I need cotton refills for filters? - Air Revitalizers do not use cotton filters. It purifies and cleanses the air by sucking in dust and dirt into the water inside the machine. 4. Can I use pure essential oil or fragrance oil on my machine? - Air Revitalizers cannot break down pure essential oils or fragrance oils. You can only use water-soluble essential oils or water-soluble fragrance oils for better scent release. 5. Why can’t I smell any scent at all? - You didn’t put enough scent. Water-soluble fragrance oils are diluted and therefore lighter in fragrance. Please make sure you put at least ¼ or ½ cap of your water-soluble scent instead of just adding by drops. Simply remove the plug/stopper to measure your water-soluble scent by the cap. - Your machine is near an open window, or a fan is sucking in your scent 6.
