Product Description

The brief introduction of "The Great Gatsby" is as follows: The story tells that Nick, a bank clerk, left his hometown and came to New York. Gatsby's luxurious life and mysterious personal background aroused his curiosity. It turned out that this rich businessman was born in poverty but fell in love with her lady Daisy, and the outbreak of the World War broke up the lovers. Gatsby returned from the battlefield with meritorious service, but what was waiting for him was the news that his sweetheart would marry another wife. Heartbroken, he became a rich man by all means, spending money like dirt, all night long, in order to attract Daisy's attention and redeem the lost love. Nick was impressed by Gatsby's infatuation and bridged the gap between the two. Little does she know that Daisy is no longer the same year, but a face of gold worship. The relived dream with Gatsby is just the excitement she seeks outside of marriage. In an accident, Daisy killed her husband Tom’s lover Mrs. Wilson while driving. Gatsby decided to save his sweetheart, but Tom instigated Wilson to kill Gatsby. The affectionate Daisy did not give Gatsby a funeral, but embarked on a European tour with her husband. Gatsby ended a life of absurd tragedy hastily. And Nick, who has witnessed the innocence in the world, also left the noisy, indifferent, empty, and false New York and returned to his hometown sadly.
