A photo of your order will be sent before we pack and send it out for delivery. Please note that in order to get a refund, send to us a video of unboxing as proof. No video no return/refund/replacement. 3. There are chances wherein the fit of the keycap is slightly loose. During these cases, we are advising our customers to place tape on the switch before placing our product. 4. Upon confirmation of orders, we will not accept cancellations as the item will be made already. 5. Should the customer want to change the item's color, please file for cancellation then wait for confirmation to file another order.
