This research uses observational analytical methods by utilizing cross sectional design with quantitative and qualitative approaches. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Tuminting Kota Manado from june to july 2011. The number of samples used was 100 mothers from families who had babies at the age of 6 12 months and met the criteria for inclusion. The sample retrieval techniques used are cluster sampling and data collection using questionnaires with interviews. Data analysis techniques used are univariable, bivariable with Chi Square, and multivariable with logistic regression, stratification, and qualitative analysis.
