Preparation: Mix equal amounts of EPSA professional coloring cream-with esaential oils and low amonia with an equal amount of EPSA professional oxidizing lotion in a non metalic bowl. Mixing ratio should be 1:1. *use 6% oxidizing lotion for covering gray,or white hair with basic colors or to changeonly the color tone. *use 9% oxidizing lotion for fashion colors or to change the hue of the hair. *use 12% oxidizing lotion for blonde color to achieve maximum effect. APPLICATION: Using a tinting brush,evenly apply color mixture to dried hair,section by section. Allow color to develop for 15min.... After 15min,spray with a little water to emulsify color mexture on roots. Process or leave for another 30min..... *,for dark hair color: if if desired hair color is darker than the natural or previous color,evenly apply mixture from roots to tips.leave on for 30min....
