SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION:
step 1-Clean the base surface properly. New metal must be wipe with rust converter to remove oil & to condition.
step 2-Mix 3 parts Guilder Epoxy Primer to 1 part Guilder Epoxy Primer Catalyst by volume.
step 3-Use Guilder Epoxy Reducer (Ratio 1:1) for reduction to desired viscosity. Mix the 3 components thoroughly to achieve best results. A must for spray
step 4-Apply 1 to 2 coats and let it dry for 8 hours
step 5- Sand with #240 or #400 to avoid deep sand marks
step 6- apply acrylic putty & body filler to smooth out uneven surface
step 7- apply acrylic primer
step 8- apply acrylic color and acrylic topcoat clear to finish
