REMINDERS:

2. Tassels are in RANDOM COLOR, but we assure you that we use the one that goes well with the color theme of your bookmark.
3. Please be advised that the bookmarks may have uneven or bumpy surface because NOT ALL FLOWERS ARE FLAT.
4. Microbubbles and blurry areas are normal due to the extra humidity caused by cold/rainy weather.
5. The colors of flowers you chose may be slightly different on the finished product. Dyed flowers are prone to fading when in contact with chemical (resin).
6. We always send a picture of the finished product before shipping.
7. Our packaging are secured (boxed with double layers of bubble wrap) so please do not give us a low rating for courier mishandling. ONE BOX PER ORDER ID. Individual packaging are for requesting.

1. How much if customized? Size?
- Prices of custom bookmarks are the same as indicated in the listing, no additional costs. The dimensions of the bookmark are 5.5" x 1".
2. How to order?
- PLEASE PM FIRST BEFORE ORDERING.
a. Decide on the variation that you like.
b. For bookmarks with text, please send us the text upon ordering/inquiring.
c. For the design, here are your options:
- random design (the seller will choose the flowers)
- you will give a color theme/color coding/photo inspiration or reference
- we will send you the available flowers and you'll choose what you want to include in the bookmark
d. Additional gold foils are FREE. Let us know if you want us to add some in your bookmarks.
e. Please wait for our confirmation before placing your order to make sure that you're checking out the right variation.
3. Shipping time?
-Please allow 3-5 days for the processing of your orders. 10 days pre-order is just an allowance if we get high volume of orders. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO WAIT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS. ALSO, WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS ONCE WE PROCESSED YOUR ORDER.
