Rinse your hair completely and then apply your deep conditioner generously to your hair. 2. Cover hair with a plastic shower cap. 3. Place the Thermal Cap in the microwave and heat for around 70-85 seconds to deliver gentle heat. Flip over the cap after 30 seconds to heat the cap evenly. Heating times are approximate and and will vary depending on your microwave. This will give the thermal cap up to 15-30 minutes of gentle heat. NOTE: Please set it to low heat on first use and adjust medium-low or medium heat if the temperature is not enough. Please try not to use high heat. Keep a close eye on your cap while heating. DO NOT heat the cap for more than 2 minutes to avoid damaging the hair cap. 4. Put the thermal cap over your hair that is covered with plastic shower cap. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes to maximize the benefits of your deep conditioning treatment. 5. Take off the thermal cap then rinse your hair. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Simply spot clean the thermal cap with warm water and mild soap when necessary. Do not immerse / soak in water.
