★Precautions for delivery to home
1) If the resident's floor is equipped with an elevator or the resident on the first floor can be delivered directly to the door for free.
2) If there is no elevator on the household floor or objects cannot enter the elevator, they must be moved upstairs manually. For a single item above 50KG, the first floor handling fee SGD30/CBM will be charged, and the upstairs fee of SGD12 will be added for each additional floor; if you need to use related handling equipment, you need to negotiate with the carrier.
