Kindly send us your chosen Design and Name/Text for both the customizable Notepad and Care Ops Card. Without a confirmed Design and Name/Text, we will choose a random design and will not include name or special message.
Please note that Care Ops PH will pack your items carefully and will also use bubble wrap. Care Ops PH will not be held liable for any damage on packaging and/or contents due to third party shipping service.
