Wash corn 2x until clean 2. Put enough water and boil with apog for 2 hours 3. Strain and wash repeatedly until water is clear 4. Put in a boiling pot of water and simmer for 3hrs 1:3 corn water ratio. Add more water if necessary 5. Check for doneness. Remove from fire if you are satisfied with its softness 6. Serve with grated coconut salt and sugar. enjoy Notes: - Stir occasionally while cooking - Add more than enough water - 1 kilo will be 2-3x its size when cooked APOG - Used to remove the outer skin of the corn while boiling - Put 2 spoons of apog for every 1 kilo - This will be provided when you order ❗❗❗PLEASE READ❗❗❗ Cheap because aside from wanting it to continue selling, it was not thoroughly cleaned.
