Preloved simply means previously owned or secondhand. These are items that have already been bought from the boutique and used by someone else. The extent of use and the number of times it’s been resold may differ from one preloved item to the next; but the point is it’s been previously loved (hopefully) but is now back in the market. This also includes items which have been bought from the boutique; but for some reason, haven’t been used by the original buyer. Reasons may range from completely forgetting they bought it to strictly buying for the purpose of reselling. This is important to note; because I will now dive into the usual ranking systems in terms of an item’s condition. Rank of bags: N – Brand New (10/10) Completely brand new, straight from the source. S – Unused (9.9/10) Completely unused and should be distinguished from items ranked N. This may mean that it was bought by the owner; but have been kept unused for a certain period of time. SA – Very Good Condition (9.8/10) Almost new. This refers to items that are good as new. They may have been used a few times and may have very minor surface scratches. A – Good Condition (9.5/10) These are slightly used items with few scratches and marks. AB – Good Condition (9/10) These are slightly used items with few scratches and marks but in less better condition compared to A. B – Used (8/10) These are fairly used items with some scratches and/or marks. C – Used (below 8/10) These are heavily used items with obvious wear and tear in the form of scratches and/or marks.
