Safoco Egg noodles are golden yellow in color and generally found wrapped tightly in a bundle or nest. They should be cooked similar to Italian egg noodles. USAGE: 1 Cook noodles in boiling water for 1-3 mins. 2 Occasionally stir the noodles loose until tender, but not over cooked. 3 Take all them out into cool water, stir loose and then take out to drain. 4 Add a table-spoon of vegetable oil to noodles and mix well to make them non-stick, then use them in what ever dishes you like.
