Anzahl Urethane Topcoat Clear Matte w/ catalyst A fast drying Acrylic Urethane Topcoat Clear Matte finish that exhibits excellent chemical and physical properties. Resistant to brake fluids, lacquer and acrylic thinners, acids, bases and flames. Direction for use: Stir thoroughly. Mix 3 parts topcoat clear to 1 part topcoat catalyst by volume.
