Q :What's APP the camera use ?
F :Both XMEYE and iCsee are Ok !
We Strongly Suggest iCsee :)
Q :What's the default IP address ,username and password.
F :The cameras has DHCP IP Address,the router will assign the IP address after it is connected.
You can check the IP address in setting menu with APP iCsee
The username is admin,no password as default.
You need to set the Password after connecting the cameras.
Q :How about the Recording Capacity
F :For 720P,it costs about 1Gb/Hour,we suggest you use the motion detection to save the capacity
Or you can connect to the NVR in Router Mode
Warm Tips:
1.This wifi camera support sd card, to install the sd card, you need to open the camera to insert the sd card to the sd card slot. The sd card is also not included. If you need tf card as well, please choose camera with 32GB/64GB TF Card
2.The recording time is depended on the camera resolution and the storage of the sd card, you can refer to the below datas:
- 32GB recording about 6-8days
- 64GB recording about 10-12days
- 128GB recording about 20-22days
3.Camera only supports 2.4Ghz wifi, it doesn't support 5G wifi.
