How to store seeds:
Store the seeds in a place that is not hot and dark. It is best to store in the refrigerator.
Planting Advice:
Step 1: Find some trays or pots
You can sow seeds in a proper seed tray or use a container tin, fruit tray, flower pot or similar.
Step 2: Fill the container with seedling compost
Its best to buy seedling compost to increase the chances of germination if only a small number of seeds are supplied in a packet.
Step 3: Moisten the surface of the compost
Moisten the surface of the seedling compost with a mist spray and ensure its wet.
Step 4: Put the seeds evenly over the compost
Put the seeds over the compost using your finger. Dont cover small seeds and let it be.
Step 5: Cover the container
Cover the seed tray with black net or cardboard to prevent the compost drying out. This also keep the seeds in dark, which aids germination. Put under roof or indoor to help higher germination rates.
Step 6: Uncover the seedlings once they germinate
Its important to uncover the seedlings and expose them to light once they germinate, otherwise they will rapidly become straggly.
Step 7: Transplant the seedlings
Once the seedlings have a few pairs of true leaves or about 2 3 inches tall, they will have to be transplanted into individual pots or planter or even ground for better growth.
Step 8: Grow them
Pamper the plants with right amount of water and sunlight. With proper care, the plants will be ready in no time.
